New FFA Meeting Manager System: A Tool for Students to Lead in the Process!

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Ever spent time trying to help students develop a meeting agenda and you always seem to be answering the same questions over and over? This new feature in AET (Meeting Manager) is a tool to help a meeting manager (student) set a date, invite attendees online using text and email, build an agenda and record/approve minutes. This new feature allows teachers and students to collaborate in each of these areas, which teaches students about parliamentary law and provides a resource to facilitate meeting operations such as taking role (uses AET's student scanning feature), developing an agenda outline and recording minutes. Learn more in this summary session and resources you can use with your students to implement this time saving feature with your student leaders!
